I say “Happy St Patricks Day”!
What I mean is
“I’m so proud to be Irish”.
What am I so proud of?
Firstly Ireland is a beautiful country…
And we Irish know how to have fun!
so Happy St Patricks Day,
even if you are only barely Irish!
I visited “add media” for the first time today could be a sub title for this post!!

You SHOULD be proud to be Irish! I wish I could talk to you..I miss the Irish lilt in the voice that my great granny had! I’m 3rd and 4th generation Irish and all my relatives that used to have a brogue are now up in the heavens drinking a Guiness! Loved the pics..wish I was there!
“Yur very Gud”. “Tnks a millin” That might help you imagine the lilt! Hope you enjoyed the cabbage.
Oh Yeah..thanks!
Happy St Patrick’s day to you!
It was! Thank you.
I love the soft, lilting accent of the south 😆
but the Ulster accent is too ‘nasal’ for my liking 😦
Ye the Belfast accent is a bit harsh but I love the Donegal accent, but then I’m bias!
Hope it was happy 🙂
Thanks it was fab.
There are Irish people who are proud to be Irish, and then there are many wannabe Irish people, who also are proud to be Irish – especially on St. Patrick’s Day! 😉 Great post with very good pics. Thanks.
Thank you. We’re very easy going we’ll adopt anyone, the more the merrier!
