It’s Christmas Eve. Others I know seem to have cooked all but the turkey, but I am happy to put all that off until tomorrow. Presents are wrapped, well most of them, and the house is fit for visitors.
So there is nothing left to say except to wish each and every person who has read or commented on my posts over the past two years, a very Happy Christmas. I’ve robbed a lovely photo taken by my cousin Mary McCahill to say it to you in Irish.
And in case you are not of any particular persuasion and would rather not hear Happy Christmas I would like to wish you a Happy Holiday. See you all on the other side when we are pounds heavier and fixated with how we will change in the New Year.

Merry Christmas to you too! My turkey is done – if a pre-roasted rotisserie chicken counts. 🙂 Our plans were finalized a little too late for the turkey. But, the many side dishes should make up for it. Ha – on the other side… As my stepfather used to say, we’ll all be “fat and happy.”
Merry Christmas My Irish Angel !
